and upbringing:
Fermentation and ageing in stainless-steel
vats.

Tasting
notes:
This wine presents a profound red robe.
Its nose exhibits marked scents of black
fruit, especially plums and blackberries.
The mouth is supple and luscious, but
well-structured and balanced. Accessible
and seductive, with a fruity finish,
Les Marches de Cayx may be enjoyed slightly
chilled, with some red meat or a grilled
breast of duck.
